- Since Jesus was a human, He must have sinned, and the sinful nature could not share the same body with the divine nature
- The Logos of God came upon Jesus, replacing His human mind or rational nature with God’s thus overwhelming the sinfulness inherent in Jesus humanity
- Jesus had a human body and soul, but his mind was replaced by the Logo
